Terms of Service & Refund Policy — After Dark Canvas

1. Use of Service & Eligibility
After Dark Canvas is provided as an interactive digital paint-by-numbers web application for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account or purchase a subscription. By signing in and using the application, you agree to these terms.
2. Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellation Policy
- Subscription Pricing & Renewal: Paid memberships are billed at $10.00 USD per month on a recurring 30-day cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
- How to Cancel: You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time with no cancellation fee. To cancel, use the billing link in your payment confirmation receipt or email us at tonetheman@gmail.com.
- Access After Cancellation: When you cancel, your recurring billing stops immediately and your account will retain full access through the end of your current paid billing period.
3. Refund Policy
Because membership grants immediate access to digital interactive content, monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable once accessed. However, if you experience a technical issue preventing access to the service, were billed in error, or forgot to cancel within 48 hours of an automatic renewal without using the service during the new billing cycle, please contact us at tonetheman@gmail.com and we will promptly issue a full refund.
4. Artwork & Attribution
Artworks and puzzles on this service include computer-generated illustrations and licensed/attributed photography.
